Digital Marketer

In the role of digital marketer, you should be an effective negotiator, critical thinker and able to establish trust and build rapport with media professionals. Your goal will be to optimize ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets. You'll usually work on more than one client account at a time. If you’re knowledgeable about current media channels and advertising options, we’d like to meet you!


You'll be involved in:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing clients via email, phone and online community.
  • Gathering market trend and client information to promote digital solutions to prospects.
  • Proactive and taking initiative to solve the campaign inquiries and daily issue with positive mindset.
  • Manage online advertising platform with upload, targeting, analysis and optimize to meet ROI target. 
  • Actively get new clients and new sales.
  • Poses innovative and creative thinking in formulate product positioning and go-to-market plans.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.


You'll need to show:

  • Can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure is a good trait to have.
  • Quick learning skills, multitask effectively and good in prioritization skills.
  • You'll generally be office based, with a large amount of time spent on marketing research, analytical and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, Independent, responsible and reliable.
  • It's likely that you'll be expected has good oral and written communication skills which is persuasive and pleasant.
  • You may able to work both alone and with teams, driven to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • This field is competitive, and you may need to be high flexibility required and huge interest in challenging and dynamic working environment.
  • Take initiative go to your supervisor if complete all tasks at hand and see if there are any additional projects you can work on (by determine your upper limit lies first, before you can start making changes on your new workload). Make it a discussion rather than a direct question: you can share your own career goals and talk about how you see yourself fitting into the company’s future.
  • Acquire new knowledge continuously and stay on top of trends or developments in your field. If you’re seen as an expert in a particular subject, you’re more likely to be needed for new projects coming up.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a Plus.



  • You can become a digital marketer with any degree. Entry without a degree is sometimes possible, especially if you have relevant experience and excellent interpersonal skills. It's possible to start in a different role and work your way up to the similar role.
  • As the media industry becomes more global in scope, business qualifications are becoming more important. Language skills (English and Mandarin) may also be desirable.


Working hours

  • Working hours are typically 9am to 6pm (1 hour break time), with extra hours when deadlines have to be met. However, you are require to support on time when urgent issue happened as online advertising campaigns goes live 24/7.
