Business Development Executive (VAS)

Objectives of this role Manage both our existing business partner and the development of new business opportunities Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

What you will do?

Responsibilities

  • On a broad term, to always research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, new services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Prepare pitch presentations, proposals, contracts and agreements in order to present and secure leads, projects and assignments.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.    
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assign by management from time to time.  
  • Responsible for driving Research similar industry data report for proposition the business performance & competitor knowledge.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
  • Assisting with marketing for promotional projects
  • Collaborate with technical team for integration.
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required
  • Following up payment and statement report to receive on time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Detail-orientated with excellent analytical, strong organizational skills, problem solver, self-motivated, and time-management skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • A good communicator that is resilient, agile, and a quick thinker.

 

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • A recognized Degree in Business Analyst/ Administration/ Marketing/ Management or relevant qualification are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with internship experience or 1 years’ experience in Business Development is a plus.
  • A good command of English in both written and verbal (min. MUET band 4/ IELTS band 6/ TOEFL iBT 60, PDT 530).
  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively
  • Intermediate proficiency computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Most important is possess an attitude of willing to learn work-related knowledge and develop skills to improve work performance.
