Your company launched a new Mobile Apps. The goal of this project is to increase the number of install & sales. As a digital marketer, what strategies would you use to reach the goal? (You can choose your preferred mobile apps theme)
There are no strict rules for the format of the presentation. However, you must make sure your audience understand your topic and demonstrate that you understand the technical details of the project or technology.

What you will do?
- Media Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage new media partners, while nurturing strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth based on sales targets, ROI, and KPIs.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on media partners, traffic channels, industry products, and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Digital Product Promotion: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to promote digital entertainment products and increase traffic. Analyze campaign performance to optimize and enhance results, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- Advertising Cost Management: Understand and manage key advertising cost principles, including CPA, CPI, CPC, CPM, and CPL, ensuring campaigns are aligned with financial targets.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using self-serve advertising platforms. Responsible for campaign setup, integration, and ongoing analysis to meet ROI goals.
- 24/7 Campaign Support: Provide timely support for any issues related to online advertising, ensuring campaigns run smoothly at all times.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign data, perform in-depth analysis, and take proactive steps to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Take ownership of campaign inquiries, daily issues, and ad-hoc requests. Resolve challenges promptly, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, other departments, and clients to ensure seamless communication, particularly when addressing technical inquiries and challenges.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve targets, overcome setbacks, and seize new opportunities with minimal supervision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Confidently provide recommendations to senior stakeholders, even in ambiguous situations, and contribute to decision-making processes.
