Digital Marketer

[Note] You are required to give a presentation (about 5-10 mins) during the interview for the following topic: Your company launched a new Mobile Apps. The goal of this project is to increase the number of install & sales. As a digital marketer, what strategies would you use to reach the goal? (You can choose your preferred mobile apps theme) There are no strict rules for the format of the presentation. However, you must make sure your audience understand your topic and demonstrate that you understand the technical details of the project or technology.

  • Research, acquire new potential media partners & actively engage with existing media partners to develop strong business relationship and grow revenue based on built-in sales targets, ROI and KPIs.
  • Perform marketing researches to acquire knowledge of media partners, traffic channels, products by verticals, market trends, market insights, and able to recognise and seize new opportunities.
  • Promotion of internal offers and attracting traffic to them, which includes of develop new innovative sales strategies, campaign analysis inputs to optimize & improve performances, to increase revenue targets.
  • Manage & know for Advertising Costs Principle: CPA, CPI, CPC, CPM, CPL.
  • Plan, manage & optimize digital marketing campaigns with self-serve advertising platform (integrate, upload, setting, optimize, analysis & meet ROI target.)
  • Online advertising goes 24/7, need to support on time for any issue occurring.
  • Daily and weekly monitoring, in-depth analysis, interpret statistical data and reports to help in optimization of advertising campaigns. You must have the ability to identify areas of improvement and act on them fast.
  • To be proactive and taking initiative to solve the campaign inquiries, daily issue, ad-hoc request, both independently and in a team in a timely manner.
  • Self-motivated – able to drive to achieve, produce, develop, and keep moving forward even in the face of set-backs, to take up opportunities, and to show commitment to what you want to achieve.
  • Comfortable providing recommendations with confidence to senior level stakeholders, even when there is ambiguity involved.
  • Must poses good understanding & interesting in Digital marketing/Online Advertising field.

  • Strong analytical skills is a MUST to research and analyse complex data/statistic for developing new ideas or finding solutions.
  • Be ready to take the challenge with complex work task, and ability to manage multi-task simultaneously & prioritize assignment daily.
  • Great attention to details and proficient in problem-solving.
  • Self-starter and high initiative with minimum supervision
  • Fast leaner with excellent learning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, highly flexible & dynamic working environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high working moral
  • Good communication skills (both oral & written), negotiation skills, to deal with international clients, convert potential clients to business partners.
  • Working SMART and working HARD are essential
  • Knowledge with internet astute experience in digital marketing.
  • Required language(s): 中文, English
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
