UI/UX Designer (3-5 years work experience)

Join our IT team as a UI/UX Designer and be part of exciting digital projects that shape user experiences. We're looking for creative thinkers with strong design skills who can turn ideas into intuitive and impactful interfaces.

What you will do?

Product Design: Lead the creation of wireframes, mockups, and polished screens for both web and mobile features.

Animation & Interaction: Develop smooth animations and transitions that enrich the user experience.

Graphic Assets Production: Design icons, logos, and other visuals that strengthen our brand and guide users.

Design Consistency: Define, document, and maintain a cohesive style guide and component library across all products.

User Testing: Conduct usability sessions and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the team to turn requirements into intuitive interfaces.

The skills you will need:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX or design-related roles.
  • Creativity: Generate original ideas and translating them into engaging visual and interaction designs.
  • Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent for wireframing, prototyping, and mockups.
  • Technical Familiarity: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to align designs with development workflows.
  • Animation & Motion: Hands-on experience creating and exporting UI animations using Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or similar.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product designs, interactive prototypes, and motion work.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with the team.
  • Video & Motion Tools (Bonus): Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software for marketing assets and demos.
